A Few Questions
Please answer the questions below so I can get to know you and your dog! At the bottom of the page are some FAQs related to your session. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SHOOT
Starting now, you can start to work on any poses you'd like your dog to do such as sit, lie down, high five. (If your dog won't do any of these poses it's ok!)
On the day of the shoot you can bring your dog's favorite treats and/or toys. You can also bring anything you'd like in the photos such as sweaters, glasses, costumes, their bed, etc.).
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE
We will be in a safe, enclosed area where your dog can roam around and explore their surroundings while they get comfortable. Then we'll introduce them to the camera and the lights while giving lots of treats so they are conditioned before the shoot begins. We can take as many breaks as necessary to keep your dog happy and engaged.
THE COLORED BACKDROPS
One of the best parts of studio sessions is being able to use any color backdrop in the background. From bright fun colors to moody, dramatic grays and blacks - we can get creative and have fun! When deciding which color (or colors) you'd like to use, you can visit https://savageuniversal.com/products/seamless-paper for inspiration. If I don't have the color in stock (or something similar) I can purchase the color for a small fee. Take a look at the colors, get inspired and let me know what you like!
AFTER THE SHOOT
About 1-2 weeks after the shoot, I will send you a gallery of fully edited photos. From there you can choose to purchase the digital files only or you can order any size print or wall art (such as canvas prints, metal prints, framed prints). The cost of each digital file is $75. The cost of prints starts at $9 for 5x7 Fine Art print.
